Shipping policy

We are proud to offer FREE Australia Shipping on orders $50.00+! unless otherwise stated.

**Notice: Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and an increase in our orders, it may take a bit longer than usual for your order to be delivered. We are working tirelessly to fulfil orders as quickly as possible while following all necessary precautions to keep our warehouse team healthy and safe. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, please follow your tracking information for the most recent updates on your package!

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 1 business day. Although we take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Courier or Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.

Please expect your package within 3-7 business days when choosing Standard Shipping.

Teami Down Under ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Teami Down Under, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Teami Down Under does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labelled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please seek information from our Customer Service Team.

**Notice: During Holidays our shipping times can vary due to the influx of orders, please be patient as we carefully hand pack each one of your orders with love!

Express Shipping: Teami Down Under has added a feature for our customers to be able to receive their orders faster by purchasing priority shipping through our checkout process! Australia Post provides us with a 2nd day delivery service to our customers! We ship out the order within 1 business day and then the post office takes it to where it needs to go! Australia Post has different zones of delivery which are not in Teami Down Under's control, therefore a Priority mail package may take up to 3 business days to arrive. The 2nd Day priority service is the Australia Post estimation of how long it will usually take to arrive.

International Orders:
As well as Australia, Teami Down Under ships products to New Zealand, Singapore and Philippines.

Shipping costs for International Orders are calculated by our International Shipping Carrier Sendle upon checkout. Shipping cost is based on delivery country and the size/weight of your order.

If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts.

New Zealand shipping:
Customs Regulations and other factors may affect shipments that are going to New Zealand. These are governed by Australia Post, Sendle and not by Teami Down Under. Due to the New Zealand Customs regulations, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order.

Packages can take between 2-4 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 7-10 business days to be delivered to New Zealand. If you have not received your package after 20 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us atgorgeous@teamidownunder.com


Asia Pacific (Singapore & Philippines) shipping:Customs Regulations and other factors may affect shipments that are going to Asia Pacific. These are governed by our International Shipping Carrier Sendle and not by Teami Down Under. Due to the Customs regulations, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order.

Packages can take between 2-4 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 10-20 business days to be delivered to Asia Pacific, depending on your country. If you have not received your package after 30 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us atgorgeous@teamidownunder.com

If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts.

Cancellation Policy

You must send us a cancellation notice within two hours of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order can only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices should be sent to the gorgeous@teamidownunder.com team with the subject “Order Cancellation”.
