Matcha Pancakes


  • 2 tbs Teami Matcha
  • 1 cup Soy or Almond Milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbs baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil olive oil
  • Banana, strawberry or walnuts for toppings


  1. Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until the batter is smooth
  2. Add a little oil to a frying pan (or griddle) and set the temperature to medium-high
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan
  4. Brown on both sides & serve hot
  5. Top with fruit, optional
