Ingredients
- 2 tbs Teami Matcha
- 1 cup Soy or Almond Milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbs baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil olive oil
- Banana, strawberry or walnuts for toppings
Directions
- Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until the batter is smooth
- Add a little oil to a frying pan (or griddle) and set the temperature to medium-high
- Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan
- Brown on both sides & serve hot
- Top with fruit, optional
