Matcha Nice Cream


  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 tbs of Teami Matcha
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
  • Coconut flakes for garnish


  1. Cut the bananas into thick slices, put in a Ziploc bag, and freeze them overnight.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender with a pulse setting.
  3. Continue to mix until you have a soft, creamy texture.
  4. Pulse until all the ingredients are well-blended and the texture is smooth.
  5. If you want, garnish your ice cream with chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
  6. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
