Ingredients
Step 1
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbs Teami Matcha
- 2 tbs honey or stevia
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Step 2
- 2-3 tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 5-10 drops almond extract (to taste)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- ⅓ cup blueberries or strawberries
- 2 tbs nuts or hemp seeds
Directions
- Add the Step 1 ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl and stir. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or cook for 5-8 minutes on the stove.
- Whisk together the Step 2 ingredients. Pour over cooked oatmeal. Sprinkle some blueberries, strawberries and nuts or hemp seeds over top! Enjoy!
